Lindsay takes an individualized, root cause approach that is sustainable for long term health
Lindsay will develop a personalized nutrition assessment for you. After a thorough intake session (learning all about your current diet, habits, lifestyle and health history), Lindsay will create a game plan with you to get you on the right path
You’ll receive a detailed customized plan with targeted food recommendations, meal plan, guidance around portions, macro and micro nutrients needed to target your health concerns, hydration, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, and much much more!
Accountability and unlimited support throughout your program. Lindsay will be available for frequent check-ins, text/voice note support, questions, and concerns.
Meal Plans & Recipes. Lindsay will provide you with a vault of done-for-you meal plans for every season, that includes detailed grocery lists. You will receive a personalized recipe collection based on your specific needs, goals, and preferences.

Do you offer payment plans? >> You betcha! I am happy to accommodate monthly payment installments (3 payments) for my 3 month program!
Are your services covered by insurance? >> It depends! You may get coverage through your benefits for a Registered Holistic Nutritionist if you have a health plan spending account, or any coverage for “nutritional counselling” or “nutritional consulting” that doesn’t specify the practitioner to be a Registered Dietitian. I don’t offer direct billing.
I have a specific diet, will this work for me? >> As a Certified Nutrition Practitioner, I am trained to work with client following all types of dietary patterns - from specific healing elimination diets, to diets with ethical/religious considerations and everything in between! I will always respect your preferences and never force you to adapt to a dietary pattern you are not comfortable.
Do I have to track calories? >> No! Looking at calories is just one tool in a vast set of strategies for improving your nutrition, and it’s NOT right for everyone. I’ll work with you on creating sustainable nutrition habits that you feel good about.
Can I drink alcohol, eat chocolate, bread, and enjoy a night out at my favourite restaurant? >> YES! Nothing is off limits of “bad.” Unless there is a suspected sensitivity or gut health consideration, we focus more on adding IN healthy habits rather than restricting or cutting things out. You’ll also learn how to incorporate your favourite foods in a way that feels good and helps you reach your goals.
Do you provide meal plans? >>YES! the program resources contain seasonal meal plans with grocery lists, and your personal nutrition plan will have a suggested week of eating. They are never required to be followed “to a T”, rather I provide them for inspiration and guidance.
Will I have to give up my social life to get results? >> Absolutely NOT. I’m going to coach you through how to eat the foods you love, in a way that feels good and helps you reach your goals no matter what setting you’re in. This is a skill that will serve you for life!
I work shift work - will this work for me? >> The program and plan is 100% personalized for you to give you results. So, YES!
I’m cooking for others (kids, spouse, etc) - will I have to make separate meals for myself? >> Not if you don’t want to! There are many family friendly recipes to choose from in the program, and preferences are always taken into consideration when I make the suggestions on your personalized plan. My job is to help you create sustainable nutrition habits that will work for your family AND will help you reach your goals. That’s entirely possible while feeding a busy family!
What exactly is a Holistic Nutritionist? >> A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RNH) in Ontario is a professional who focuses on holistic, natural approaches to health and wellness through nutrition. They are trained to evaluate their clients’ nutritional needs and provide individualized recommendations to improve overall health, prevent disease, and address specific health concerns. RHNs in Ontario complete comprehensive education that includes studies in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, nutrition, and lifestyle management. They emphasize the use of whole foods, natural supplements, and lifestyle changes to promote optimal health. Their approach considers the whole person, including physical, emotional, environmental factors that can affect well-being. They may work with clients to develop personalized meal plans, provide guidance on dietary supplements, and offer strategies for stress management, detoxification, and improving digestive health. In Ontario, RHN’s often work in private practice, wellness centers, health and food stores, or alongside other healthcare professionals. They adhere to a code of ethics and professional standards to ensure they provide safe and effective guidance to their clients.
