Develop a strong healthy foundation with this starter program! This 1:1 program will take an individualized root cause approach to help address your main health concern. Whether that be gut issues, decrease inflammation, boost energy and metabolism, or imbalanced hormones, you will receive the foundational tools to send you on a path to better health.
Includes:
1 - 60 min initial consultation
A detailed, comprehensive, personalized health plan that addresses your main health concerns and focuses on supporting your health goals. This protocol that includes a nutrition meal plan, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and many educational handouts. Health Plan is delivered to you within one week of your initial consultation.
2 - 30min follow-up sessions to delivery and discuss your health plan in detail. Any adjustments to the health plan can be made during this session, to ensure you stay committed to the plan and that it is sustainable for you.
1 full month of unlimited support, accountability, and access to me (Monday-Friday) via a client chat portal for any questions you have along the way.

Spend approximately 60-90 minutes during an initial consultation to thoroughly address your symptoms, health concerns, medical history, daily routines ad habits, discuss nutrition & lifestyle, and much more. This consultation appointment can be done over the phone, over Zoom, or in person at The Health Creation Lab in Sarnia, ON.
Following the initial consultation, you will receive:
